ADHD & Executive Functioning
ADHD, follow-through, decision fatigue, shame, avoidance, and the gap between what you’re capable of and what you’re actually doing. Work that goes beyond productivity hacks to what’s driving the pattern.
Anxiety & Burnout
Chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, and the particular exhaustion of high performance. If you’re succeeding on paper and running on empty underneath it, this is where we start.
Body & Nervous System
Hormonal shifts, chronic tension, and physical patterns that haven’t responded to the usual answers. For anyone whose body is asking for a different kind of attention.
Confidence & Self-Worth
Perfectionism, people-pleasing, and imposter syndrome in high-achieving adults. We work at the root—not just the symptoms.
Ketamine Integration
For people in active KAP, post-journey work, or considering ketamine therapy—translating what opens during a session into change that holds. Hypnotherapy-informed integration that meets the nervous system where the medicine left it. Learn more →
Life Transitions
Career pivots, identity shifts and crises, relationship changes, and the disorientation of becoming someone new.
Trauma
Somatic and hypnotherapy-informed approaches to trauma that go beyond retelling the story. We help the nervous system find safety.

Most people who come into my office have already tried to think their way through it. They’re self-aware, and they’re still stuck.
That’s not a failure of effort. It’s a limitation of working only at the conscious level.
Lasting change requires reaching the nervous system, the body, and the subconscious structures that drive behavior before conscious thought even gets involved. The theoretical foundation here draws from three orientations—CBT, psychodynamic work, and clinical hypnotherapy—not as a formula, but as a lens. What that looks like in practice is different for every person.
