Good Faith Estimate.
Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost before treatment begins.
What it covers
If you are uninsured, or if you have insurance but choose not to use it, you are entitled to a written estimate of the expected cost of any non-emergency service. This includes session fees, package fees, and any related charges.
When you'll receive one
You will receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing before your first scheduled session at In Good Energy. You may also request one at any time — including before booking — by contacting therapy@ingoodenergy.com. Estimates are provided in accordance with the timeframes required by federal law: at least one business day before a scheduled service, or within three business days of a request.
Your dispute rights
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill. You have 120 calendar days from the date of the original bill to initiate a dispute through the federal Patient-Provider Dispute Resolution process.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
Save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate. This notice does not waive your right to dispute a bill or to pursue any other remedy available to you under law.
