How Coaching Works

We begin with a 90-minute introductory session on Zoom to clarify your goals, explore where you feel stuck, and identify both practical and emotional barriers to change. After that, coaching sessions take place in 30-minute phone calls, offering focused, strategic support that fits seamlessly into your schedule.

Each session is collaborative, results-oriented, and uniquely tailored to your personal or professional growth goals. Between sessions, you’ll receive reflective or action-oriented assignments to keep you moving forward and accountable.
